'Modi and Yeddy' - 'Gujrath and Karnataka'

We are aware that 'Mr. Modi' had reclaimed his power with the glory of enthralled consecutive win for 4th time with clear people's mandate. And it has created sensation in indian and karnataka politics. There are many similarities with Gujrath and karnataka politics, both states were ruled by BJP. Now Gujrath BJP has passed in public exam ,but Karnataka BJP has yet to face public exam in next few months.
In both statesBJP was in power with the support of major community 'Patel' for modi and 'Lingayat' for yeddy in previous elections. But this time too many changes has experienced in both the states. In Gujarat ,congress as always with its usual poltical play sucessfully pulled out ' keshubhai' a leader of ' patel' community with new party 'GPP-Gujrath parivarthan party' to discrete 'patel' votebank and to create major setback to 'Modi'. But the fact was 'GPP' was able to win 2seats i.e one is 'mr. Keshubhai' constituency and other near to it. Even though 'Mr.keshubhai' was leader of major community, 'Mr.Modi' by his significant developments in the state had developed long lasting good impression in hearts of people for his fruitfull achievements towards the 'Gujrath' progress. Incase of 'Karnataka' congress had pulled out 'Mr.Yeddyurappa' with a secret alliance to bring congress to power in the state as a out come 'KJP- karnataka janatha party' is being formed to distract the 'Lingayat' community votebank. In 'Karnataka' other than 'Mr.Yeddy' no one has emerged as leader of 'Lingayath' community till now, considering 'Mr. Yeddy' believes ,he can play a significant role in next government. But it is difficult to pass a straight verdict that
'Mr. Yeddys' 'KJP' will follow the way of 'GPP'. In other view it is hard to say that 'Mr. Yeddyurappa' has charm like 'Mr.Modi' and create miracles, because many leaders like ' kalyan singh, umabharti , ramkrishna hegde and bangarappa had experienced thier worst political crisis with the similar moves and gradually lost thier political significance. 'Mr.Yeddyurappa' has not yet proven his able administration parallely he didnt had sufficient time to prove so. 'Mr.Modi' government has brought corruption to minimal, whereas 'Mr.Yeddy' is facing corruptions on himself and many of his supporters . And morever his recent moves had brought him down from mass leader to a leader of specific community, with this tag 'Mr. Yeddy ' has hard way ahead to bring other community i.e minority & dalits into confidence.
Most importantly 'Mr.Yeddy' political strategy totally dependant on 'Lingayath' votes. And some percent of 'Lingayath' votes will be divided b/w 'BJP' and 'CONGRESS'.
And the minority and dalit votes are traditional votebank for 'CONGRESS' and ofcourse 'VOKALIGA' for 'JDS'. In this condition even many political analysts and media appraise 'Mr.yeddyurappa' and his 'KJP'. The ultimate fact could be that , emerge of 'KJP' as created new dimension for karnataka politics and setback to 'BJP'. But definetly not a breakthru to 'KJP' nor to 'Mr.yeddyurappa' and this is the ground reality which will be exposed after upcoming assembly election results. Anyhow whatever might be the assumption the deciding factor is the voter, they are the supreme to bring the one into throne . Hope the best out of rust get elected .
Always seeking your wishes,

  1. Dear SANDESH ... mr yeddurappa will the king maker in next elections and govt .. in my view .. Lingayath are always divided int sub castes .. in every election % of lingayath vote is not given to single party visa versa in gujrat election .. lingayath are behind mr yeddurappa . but when the election come % of vote booth turnover voters are more in lingayath candidite favour... plz see the history of every given seat by JDS , CONGRESS , bjp ,, LINGAYATH and vakiliga community people are more standing in election and tickit will be given to them only ,KJP IS new born baby it will make more loss to bjp ,,

  2. Hi Sandesh

Well written, Modi is acclaimed for his development activities, the verdict is given on that basis and the fact is that he has carried forward Gujrath to a different level from where it was when he took over as Chief minister. But in case of Yeddy that does not hold good, actually in facy he had brought Karnataka to the the limelight not for good reasons, when he quit the party it clearly states that he is behind power not for people.

Talk by Swami vivekanand on Buddhism @ World Parliament of Religions

Buddhism – The Fulfillment of Hinduism World Parliament of Religions Chicago, Illinois 26 September 1893 I am not a Buddhist, as you have heard, and yet I am. If China, or Japan, or Ceylon follow the teachings of the Great Master, India worships him as God incarnate on earth. You have just now heard that I am going to criticize Buddhism, but by that I wish you to understand only this. Far be it from me to criticize him whom I worship as God incarnate on earth. But our views about Buddha are that he was not understood properly by his disciples. The relation between Hinduism (by Hinduism, I mean the religion of the Vedas) and what is called Buddhism at the present day, is nearly the same as between Judaism and Christianity. Jesus Christ was a Jew, and Shakya Muni was a Hindu. The Jews rejected Jesus Christ, nay, crucified him, and the Hindus have accepted Shakya Muni as God and worship him. But the real difference that we Hindus want to show between modern Buddhism and wh...
